Solar Project Manager- Performance Contracting

Are you a Project Manager with a background in Energy & Solar, looking to take the technical lead on industry leading projects?

This global company are growing to become the no.1 Energy Solutions provider in North America. They are looking for a Solar Project Manager with Energy Performance Contracting familiarity to support their expansion in the Central Business Unit.
You will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, liaising with internal teams as well as customers, vendors and subcontractors, mentoring junior team members and managing on-site safety regulations.
This role would suit a Project Manager with a strong background working Energy & Solar projects, looking to step into a senior role with specialist training.
The Role:
- Managing full turnkey projects
- Liaising with internal teams and customers, vendors and subcontractors
- Leading benefits package, including comanaged PTO
The Candidate:
- Strong proficiency in managing Solar & Electrical Projects
- Experience with Energy Performance Contracting (ESPC) or working for Energy Service Companies (ESCO)
- Ability to travel up to 50% around Texas
