£30,000 - £31,000 + Overtime + Pension + Training + Career Progression + Excellent Company Benefits

On offer is a fantastic opportunity where you will be hands-on leading a team of production operatives with the chance for further training and career progression, as well as overtime to increase your basic salary.
The company are a specialist manufacturer and have a great reputation for looking after their staff and due to internal promotions, they are now looking to recruit 2 Team Leaders.
This position would suit somebody with team leader or supervisory experience looking for a long-term role with career progression.
The Role:
- Overseeing production on shift
- Training and development of staff
- Rotating earlies and lates shift pattern (7am - 3:15pm & 3pm - 11:15pm)
