Technical Support Engineer (Battery storage)

You can be based near any of the following: Worcester, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Birmingham, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Royal Lemmington Spa
£30,000 - £40,000 + Pension + Hybrid work + Growth with the company
Are you looking to come off the tools and move into a the technical support role within the Battery storage industry?
Are you experienced with the technical workings of battery storage used in products such as solar, camper vans and golf carts?
This company is a retailer for lithium batteries. There will be opportunities for career progression with the company as it continues to grow, heading the technical support team as more engineers are brought on to handle the demand.
In this role you will provide technical support to customers via phone or CRM system as well as fault finding and testing of the LifeP04 products. It will have both opportunities to work from home and be office based.
The ideal candidate will have have knowledge of Lithium batteries providing knowledge and information to clients, customers and colleagues.

The Role:
- Customer technical support for battery storage products.
- Servicing and fault finding the lithium ion leisure batteries
- Remote and office work
The Person:
- Knowledge in lithium ion batteries
- Experience in testing, analysing, and troubleshooting lithium battery systems.
