This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Manager from a mechanical background to join a global leading provider where you will receive excellent benefits and the chance to progress to further senior management / director positions.
On offer is this highly autonomous role, where you will manage of all activity relating to internal and external Technical delivery including but not limited to Product Support, Application Engineering, Project Design, high level Problem Solving/Troubleshooting, Project Management, Digital Transformation and R&D
The company are global leaders, they have a huge name in the engineering and construction industry. Due to further growth, they are looking for a Technical Manager to help them continue to dominate their market.
You will take the technical lead on groundbreaking projects, whilst overseeing a team of specialists and helping to grow junior engineers. This is a Monday to Friday office-based role, with hybrid work available and company vehicle provided.
This would ideally suit a Technical Manager / Director from a mechanical background, looking for a fantastic opportunity to join this global company with excellent progression opportunities and company benefits.
The Role:
- Managing all internal and external technical delivery.
- Based out of the office - hybrid work available and occasional travel to site.
- Further progression opportunities.
The Person:
- Senior engineer Mech/Elec Degree/Masters/Chartered.
- Senior Management/Director experience
- Design capability through tools such as CAD & REVIT
- Working knowledge of motors & inverters.
- Commutable to Rushden.
