The Role:

  • Technical point of contact for customer support.
  • Allocation and scheduling of Field Service Engineers.
  • Structured 90-day onboarding program.

The Candidate:

  • Prior experience of aircraft ground support equipment maintenance / troubleshooting.
  • Looking for expert training and mentorship.
  • Looking for progression to Technical Service Manager.
