The Role:
- Technical point of contact for customer support.
- Allocation and scheduling of Field Service Engineers.
- Structured 90-day onboarding program.
The Candidate:
- Prior experience of aircraft ground support equipment maintenance / troubleshooting.
- Looking for expert training and mentorship.
- Looking for progression to Technical Service Manager.
