In this role you will be part of the 1st line customer support helpdesk. You will be required to deal with technical queries over the phone based around company products. This will sometimes result in arranging for a Service Technician to visit the client in person or organizing for new parts to be ordered. This role will provide full training on company products.

This is an excellent chance for someone to train, develop and utilize their skills.

The Role
*1st line technical support handling technical queries
*Customer service role liaising with customer, service team and the spare parts team
