£28,000 - £34,000 + Full Training + Hybrid + Career Progression + Premium Overtime + Bonus + 33 days holiday + Benefits
Hybrid / Office Based, commutable from Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Luton, Hatfield, Watford, St Albans, Leighton Buzzard, Aylesbury, Stevenage and surrounding areas

On offer is a Technical Support Specialist / Engineer position where you will be responsible for supporting the field service team with any hardware and software solutions, where you will be fully trained on their specialist equipment and systems with the view to be the first port of call for any field service queries.
This role would suit someone looking to massively develop their skillset, with a background in hardware or software solutions and wanting to join an industry leading business whilst ensuring you keep a great work life balance.
The Role:
*Providing Support to the Field Service Team, working to manage technical escalations end to end till resolution.
*Support on Hardware and Software queries
*Office based with flexible working arrangements
*37.5 hour working week rotaed shift pattern
The Person:
*Experience in a Software, Hardware or Electro-Mechanical environment
*Strong Customer service orientation
