$22 - $23 p/h + Night Shift Differential (Earn $6-7K extra per year!)

In this exciting and rewarding role, you'll be trained in Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics & IT Systems, working on cutting-edge flight simulators used by major airlines across the U.S. You'll start with full support and guidance, developing your expertise in preventative & corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, system testing, and quality assessments.

The Role:

  • 4-Day Work Week (10-hour shifts) - training on Days, then move to 3rd shift
  • Full training provided in Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics & IT Systems
  • Hands-on work with state-of-the-art flight simulators, covering maintenance, troubleshooting, VR system testing, and pre/post-flight quality checks
  • Clear, structured career progression: work your way up through the company with full support and training

The Person:

  • Some aviation experience (Military, Air Force, A&P school, aircraft maintenance exposure, or similar)
  • Eager to learn, develop new skills, and take on a technically rewarding role
