Are you a Senior Project Manager or Transportation Leader with a strong background in civil design and a Professional Engineer (PE) license, ready to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a transportation division within a national civil design consultancy. You'll be instrumental in building and scaling the team, with excellent compensation and a leading benefits package. The company is a nationally recognized civil design consultancy with significant growth plans in Texas. You will play a key role in winning transportation infrastructure projects and delivering large-scale solutions across sectors such as highways, bridges, roadways, and more. With full autonomy, you will be responsible for business development, securing new projects, and managing them through the entire lifecycle.

This role is perfect for someone with a civil design background in transportation infrastructure who is seeking a leadership role, and is ready to grow a team while driving business growth through their network and BD skills.

The Role:

  • Lead and grow the transportation division in a multimillion-dollar civil design consultancy.
  • Business development focused, leveraging industry contacts to win new projects.
  • Full project lifecycle management, overseeing delivery from initial concept to completion.
  • Hybrid work model with excellent benefits and the potential to become a shareholder.

The Person:

  • Must have civil design experience in transportation infrastructure (e.g., highways, bridges, roadways).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
  • Proven ability to win new business and lead high-profile transportation projects.
