Travelling Construction Manager- Federal
$100,000 - $130,000 + Bonus + Progression + Training + Time off in Lieu + Per Diem + 401K + Tuition Reimbursement + Medical Package

Are you a construction professional with a strong federal background, looking for a role offering tailored training and progression opportunities?
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a pioneering role in which you'll become the go-to expert across various sites in the US, overseeing commercial Solar, Microgrid & HVAC projects- while expanding your knowledge with industry specific training & gaining extra qualifications.
This tight-knit company have been rapidly expanding with exciting development plans. As they expand, there's limitless opportunities for technical and managerial training with various progression avenues into construction, engineering and marketing.
You will be responsible for day-to-day construction and project management with flexibility to travel to sites across the states. This includes overseeing QA & Safety, managing schedules, subcontractors, deliveries and effectively liaising with internal teams as well as clients.
This role would suit a construction professional with federal knowledge, looking to expand their skillset and progress in a growing company.
The Role:
- Overseeing federal, commercial construction projects across different sites in the US
- Ensuring a high level of Health and Safety & QA standards
- Time off in lieu for overtime, bonus, and competitive training & progression opportunities
The Candidate:
- Experienced in managing electrical/mechanical construction projects on a commercial scale
- Federal specific project experience e.g. DoD, Pentagon or Secret Service
- Flexibility to travel within Maryland as well as to other states in the US as needed
