Colorado Springs, Colorado (Relocation Assistance Provided)
$200,000 - $225,000 + Further Training + 2 yearly Bonsuses + Company Vehicle OR Car Allowance + 3 Weeks PTO

This company have been establish for over 60 years and specialize within the building materials industry. With over 600 employees across their Midwest subsidiaries, this nationally recognized organization is dedicated in becoming one of the most respectable building materials companies in the country. They are now looking to bring in a Vice President to head up their flagship plant to bring it back to being a market leader in the state of Colorado.
This role will be based out of their Colorado Springs office. You will be tasked with overseeing all day to day operations, overcoming delays in production, you will have 6 direct reports but will still be overseeing the whole plant which employs up to 300 staff. You will be responsible for the company's P&L and business units profitability.
This would suit someone in an executive level role who is hungry to make a difference in a rapidly expanding company, who has a passion for leadership and innovation.
The role:
* This role will be based out of the Colorado Springs office
* Overseeing all day to day operations
* Overcoming delays in production

The person:
* Someone who sees themselves as a visionary and leader
* Strong decision maker
* 10+ years experience in a execute level role
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
