Vice President of Operations (Automotive Manufacturing) (m/f/d)
Remote - Germany or UK
€150,000 - €200,000 + Bonus (Up to 40%) + Car or Car Allowance + Holiday + Pension + Local Benefits
Excellent opportunity for a senior level professional from the automotive industry to join a global remanufacturer of specialist products in a role where you will have the chance to shape the companies operations across the globe.
With sites in 4 continents, this company are a major company in the automative space, providing products for combustion and electric vehicles. Due to rapid expansion they are looking for a Vice President of Operations to manage the manufacturing sites across Europe, Asia and South America.
In this role you will be oversee the running of several key manufacturing sites and be responsible for their smooth and safe running, as well as profit and loss. You will work closely with managers at the sites in order to maintain and improve on their operations. You will undertake this role through a combination of remote and on site work.
The candidate will need to be fluent in German and based in either the UK or Germany. The role is fully remote with extensive travel within Europe but also occasionally to Brazil and China. The person will have a significant level of management experience as well as having strong technical knowledge of internal combustion and electric vehicle propulsion systems.

The person:
Fluent German and English Speaker
Strong leadership/managerial experience
Knowledge of Propulsion Systems (Electric and Internal Combustion)
Comfortable travelling significantly as part of the role (could be over 50%)
