VP of Engineering (Conversational / Generative AI)
$225,000 - $290,000 + Bonus + 401(k) + Medical + PTO + Equity

Our client, born from the success of a larger organization, has built an AI platform that blends cutting-edge technology with bold ambition and visionary thinking. As they gear up for an imminent product launch, they're looking for a VP of Engineering to help transform the future of AI.
In this role, you'll have the autonomy to shape and execute AI and engineering strategies while being deeply involved in product development from concept to launch. Leading a talented team, you'll ensure systems are secure, scalable, and reliable, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You'll take ownership of key initiatives, including compliance and emerging technologies, collaborating closely with leadership to make a lasting impact in the AI industry.

The person
*Start-up or founder experience in AI.
* Strong knowledge within Conversational AI, Machine learning, Generative AI and AI agents.
* Strong engineering leadership experience
* Strong hands-on technical skills and willingness to 'roll up you sleeves'.
* Extensive understanding of AI and ML, Generative AI, software architecture, design principles, and best practices.
* Happy to work 5 days a week in Miami onsite (Relocation assistance available)

*Working closely with the co-founders to build a roadmap
* Building and directing a conversational AI / Generative AI platform for enterprise application
* Leadership & strategy / hands on technical & Architecture design & AI Agents
* Developing the product to launch phase and onwards
* Early start up environment with the equivalent of series B funding!
* Office based in Miami, Florida
