Are you a VP of Manufacturing looking to play a vital role in a technically diverse, highly autonomous leadership position with full manufacturing control of a market leading organization?

In this position you will work with manufacturing, engineering, production and facilities managers to enhance performance, you will do this by setting KPI's and clear expectations, training and developing the existing workforce and hiring new talent to drive performance. You will strive to reduce cost and improve efficiency, identify areas for improvement through CI projects, develop a strong company culture and foster innovation across the plant. You will report to the Global VP of Operations, making strategic decisions in line with operational and manufacturing excellence.

The Position:
* Lead, develop and enhance manufacturing operations for high-quality, market leading products sold globally
* Work closely with the senior management and functional management teams across, engineering, facilities, production and manufacturing
* Play a key role in developing the existing workforce and hiring new talent to achieve strategic goals and manufacturing excellence
* Lead continuous improvement activities to drive performance, reduce cost and improve efficiency
* A highly autonomous, varied leadership position offering the chance to create a legacy at the flagship location
The Person:
* VP of Manufacturing with strong leadership skills
* Degree qualified in either engineering, manufacturing or operations related studies
* Proven track record of improving manufacturing plant performance and efficiency
* Background in either Aerospace, Military or similar 'hands on' setting with a focus on quality
