$200,000 - $300,000 + Bonus + Commission + Medical + Dental + 401k + PTO + Benefits
Dallas, TX - On-site (relocation offered)
Are you a strong sales person, specifically within the Warehouse Automation / Robotics industry, eager to take the next step in your career into a VP role within a cutting edge business?
This is a fantastic opportunity to spearhead the US sales for next generation products that will be at the forefront of the warehouse automaton market, whilst moulding and developing your own team and capitalizing from your own personal commission.
Our client is a well-established and high growth organization who design and implement groundbreaking automated warehouse solutions. They have an outstanding reputation within their industry and due to their continued success, they have huge growth plans within the US market, making this a pivotal role in driving their future success.
In this role you will be taking the lead on your own individual sales, targeting future focused companies, but also managing your own small team, implementing sales strategies, and setting objectives to ensure market growth.
This role will suit an individual from a warehouse automation / robotics sales background, looking to step into a next generation business within a key role where you will be heading up and growing the US sales for the company.
The Role:
- Heading up and growing the US sales market for the business
- Selling warehouse automation systems - AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) & AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot)
- Leading your own small sales team of 6
- Become the 'go to' sales hunter within the team
- Autonomy around creating team objectives, goals, KPIs, vision and identity
- Based onsite in Dallas (relocation offered)
The Person:
- Experienced sales person
- Warehouse automation / robotics related background
- Looking for sales role where you will also build your own team
- Either living in or willing to relocate to Dallas
