This role would suit a motivated person from a mechanical/engineering background who has a passion for the space industry looking to work on cutting-edge technology with direct mentorship from industry experts.
The role:
*Conduct acoustic and vibration testing on spacecraft and satellite components
*Develop test plans and reports for critical projects
* Travel across the U.S. (~25%) to conduct field testing
*Opportunity to learn from experienced engineers and grow into an expert over time
The person:
*Engineering background (Aerospace, Mechanical, Acoustics preferred)
*Hands on experience with testing and analysis
*A passion for the space industry and working on groundbreaking technology
*Based in or willing to relocate to Baltimore area and travel within the US (25%)
