You will collaborate closely with design teams on new product development, contributing to critical activities like test definition, product characterization, and validation. Additionally, you will drive innovation by optimizing test solutions and enhancing yield performance.

The Role:
*Develop Test and Characterization Plans
*Production Test Development
*Product Sustaining
*Production Qualification
The Person:
*Proficient in PCB design, including schematic capture and layout
*Experienced in Python for scripting and data analysis
*Cross-collaborative teamwork skills
*Proficiency with data analysis and able to communicate complex datasets effectively
Bonus Points:
*Semiconductor background
*Experienced with Statistical Process Control (SPC)
