Assistant Chief Engineer
$40-$45hr + Overtime + Training + Progression + Medical + Dental + Vision + Life Insurance + PTO
Detroit, Michigan (Commutable from: Dearborn, Ferndale, Southfield, Grosse Pointe, Livonia)
Are you an experienced HVAC engineer from a commercial background, looking to play a pivotal role in where you can develop and grow a team?
On offer is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HVAC engineer/manager to take control of the HVAC department and receive specialist training on in house process whilst having the opportunity to progress up the ranks!

You will be responsible for supervising building engineers and maintenance technicians, providing technical support when needed whist also implanting standards. You will also be apart of recruiting for the department!
This role would suit a seasoned HVAC engineer/manager from a commercial background wanting to hit the ground running, looking to widen their knowledge and take a lead role in an industry leading organization.
The Role:
- Oversee a team of building engineers and maintenance technicians
- Training staff
- Providing technical support and the implementation of standards
The Candidate:
- Experienced with commercial HVAC
- Experienced with BAS systems
- 5+ years of experience with HVAC
