Assistant Project Manager
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000+ (DOE) + 21 days PTO + Bonuses + Travel Allowance + 401k + Medical Benefits + Career Progression

In this role, you will be based at the job site in Wellington where you will have the exciting opportunity to work on the biggest development currently on-going in South Florida.
You will be a key member of the team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating sub-contractors, RFIs and Submittals, and taking part in the buy-out process.

The role:
- Providing support to project managers.
- Estimating.
- Proposals, RFIs and reading plans.
The Person:
- Either from a development or contracting background.
- Mixed-used, multi-family, retail experience.
- US work authorization.
