In this field-based role, you will be responsible for helping manage subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labor. You'll also play an important role in project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and ensuring safety compliance. The Role:

  • Assist with the management of project responsibilities, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and site safety.

  • Help prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and reporting.

The Person:

  • Residential construction background.
  • Experience in a project management role or assistant capacity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel.
