In this technical role, you will lead the integration of CNC machines, robotic controllers, and other advanced systems into manufacturing operations. You will oversee installations, develop and refine processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment performance and production quality.
The Role:
- Develop and implement equipment specifications, performance requirements, and cost analyses.
- Oversee installation and integration of CNC lathes, mills, robotic controllers, and programmable equipment.
- Train team members on equipment use and ensure compliance with QS 9000 and MS 9000 standards.
The Person:
- Manufacturing Engineer or similar role.
- Proficient in CNC programming and machine operations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
