$65,000 - $85,000 + Leadership Progression + Excellent Bonuses + Full Benefits Package + 401K + PTO

The company are a leading organisation in Florida, & their goal is to grow & they recently opened a new department of the business they require highly motivated Commercial Property Managers to facilitate growth.
This role will require you to manage & maintain commercial/retail properties in South Florida. The day to day will require you to build strong relationships with the tenants acting as the primary point of contact, supervise maintenance & construction works, attend meetings with stakeholders & facilitate onboarding processes with new tenants.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Commercial Property Manager looking for a company that is offering excellent technical progression & operates within an ambitious & supportive culture. They have exciting plans for the future, giving the right person opportunities to develop technically.
Role:
* Tracking all deals pending leases & understanding buildout scopes
* Collect, validate & send all relevant documentation from tenants to relevant people
* Monitor time scales to ensure timely work completion
* Progression into General Manager / Operations Manager
The Person:
* Experienced as a Commercial Property Manager or Coordinator
* Experienced with Retail &/Or Commercial properties
* Local to Miami
* Excellent communication skills
