Excellent role on offer for a Construction Coordinator from a OSP Fiber Optics background looking to join a rapidly expanding organization where you will enjoy autonomy, receive excellent training and have an opportunity to progress to become a Construction Manager within 1-2 years.

This dynamic business design, project manage, cost and integrate fiber for large fiber construction and infrastructure companies across the United States. They have an excellent reputation built through offering a best in class service whilst looking after their loyal and committed staff. They have secured a huge fiber optic, 10 year roll out project for a global organization and are therefore looking for a OSP Construction Coordinator to join their expanding US team.
Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager you will be required to oversee multiple OSP construction projects across Phoenix. You will work autonomously, from home and be required to visit multiple project sites to oversee the construction, carrying out audits, quality control, tracking projects, maintaining inventory and ensure compliance.
This role would therefore ideally suit a Construction Coordinator with experience of outside plant and fixed line fiber optics who is looking to join a great company who will invest heavily into training and give you an opportunity to progress to become a Construction Manager within the next 1-2 years.

The Person:
- OSP Construction Coordinator
- Must have experience of telecoms, fixed line fiber optics
- Proven track record of managing and coordinating multiple construction projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Operational H&S knowledge
- Have the ambition to progress to a Construction Manager
- Valid Drivers License
- Spanish speaking (desirable)
