Construction Superintendent
Salary: $110,000- $120,000 (DOE) + Overtime + 15 days PTO + Bonuses + Career Progression + Medical Benefits

In this role, you will be based in the field around Broward County, Miami and Palm Beach Counties, where you will have the exciting opportunity to work on high-end restaurant new builds. In addition, you will have the opportunity to join a company in growth phase as they look to expand further whilst keeping their family feel.
You will be a key member of the on-stie construction team. Your responsibilities will include leading on site on an assigned project, coordinating all subcontractors and ordering materials.

The role:
- Managing an assigned project on-site
- RFIs and submittals.
- Scheduling.
The Person:
- Previous experience as a superintendent
- Previous experience in the restaurant construction industry.
- Valid Driving License.
- US Work Authorization.
