$120,000 - $140,000 + Training + Progression to Lead Superintendent + Annual Bonus + Fantastic Benefits Package + Vehicle Allowance + Amazing Per Diem
Excellent role on offer for an ambitious Superintendent who is looking to join a dynamic, expanding Contractor where you will work on high profile heavy industrial construction projects with value up to 2 billion dollars, with a company that will support you to progress to become a Lead Superintendent.

Established for over 50 years, this contractor are currently working on one of the most exciting industrial projects in the USA. They are a highly prestigious construction firm who specialize working on state of the art industrial projects. Their employees have always been at the forefront of the business and have gotten an outstanding reputation for developing, retaining and progressing from within. Due to huge growth they are now looking to recruit a Superintendent to develop and work within their well-established Field team.
This position is a travelling position with most of the projects taking place throughout the mid-west, the average project length will be 18 months. You will be tasked with conducting site walk throughs, manage a large team people, Site safety and purchasing of materials. You will be given a structured training and progression plan from the day you join to progress into Lead Superintendent.
