E-commerce Customer Success Manager

Salary - $80,000 - $120,000 + Benefits + 401K + PTO + Healthcare Insurance

United States - Remote

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Director of E-commerce, gaining hands-on experience in client management, strategy development, and technical implementation while building a clear path to senior-level management roles.

As an E-commerce Customer Success Manager, you will support the Director in advising clients, conducting analyses, and implementing strategies to optimize their online business performance. You will have the chance to learn from industry experts while contributing directly to impactful projects.

The Role:
*Assist the Director of E-commerce in managing a portfolio of clients
*Perform analyses of website performance, revenue trends, and conversion rates
*Develop tailored strategies for e-commerce, site merchandising, and marketing.
*Support clients in implementing platform enhancements and strategic initiatives.

The Person:
*Experience in e-commerce operations, site merchandising, or customer success.
*Strong analytical skills
*Interest in fashion and e-commerce.
