Engineering Manager (Automotive) (m/f/d)

Excellent opportunity for an experience from an industrial engineering background to join a global manufacturer of specialist products in a role where you be succeeding a retiree and have the chance to learn and develop from them prior to their exit as part of a new leadership structure within the company.
With sites in 4 continents, this company are a major company in the automotive space, providing products for combustion and electric vehicles. Due to an imminent retirement due in mid 2025, they are looking at succession planning and want to hire a new Engineering Manager in a key position for the company.
In this role you will be overseeing the technical processes on site and ensuring best practice and standards are being adhered to. The team have plans to triple in size in the not too distant future so your role will grow with he company. This role will be majority on site, and you will report to the Managing Director of the company.
The candidate will need to come from a transferable industry background such as Automotive/Aerospace or similar. You will have a strong background in process engineering and have a good understanding of standards and varied products. You can be from a leadership position or be looking for a step up. You will also need to be commutable to their site on a daily basis and be fluent in German and English.

The person:
Transferable industry experience - Such as (but not limited to) - Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Industrial etc
Relevant Engineering Qualifications.
Fluent German and English Speaker
Commutable to site.
