£75,000 - £90,000 (Depending on Experience) + Project related Bonus + Car allowance + Package
Exciting Role on offer for an Estimator looking to join an established, award winning Main Contractor, with the chance to work on a variety of high value Commercial Projects within a growing bussiness and potential chance to set up a pre-construction department.
Are you an ambitious Estimator seeking a diverse role working in the education and Healthcare sector within an established Main Contractor? Are you looking to join an ambitious company where you can play in significant part in helping them reach their growth plans?
This Main Contractor specialise in New build and refurbishment projects within the Education and Healthcare creating a stable workload due to be enlisted on a number of public sector framework agreements. Founded by 3 ex tier one Director this company have set out very clear goals in order to ensure the business doubles turnover in the next 5 years. Due to this they are looking for a Commercial expert to join the team and contribute to their growth.
In this role you will be based in the Office in Aylesford, completing site visits where needed. You'll be involved in the preconstruction of projects tendering for new works with roles and responsibilities encompassing taking off from measurements, obtaining sub-contractor prices, producing tender documentation and submitting tenders. You will be working on multiple complex projects so will need to be highly organised.
The ideal candidate will have an Estimating background working on New Build and refurbishment Commercial Projects looking to join a Commercially focused company where you will be rewarded with individual project profit related bonus.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Estimator to join a growing company and demonstrate strong ability to win work with the chance to set up a pre-construction division as the bussiness grows.
