Estimator / Project Manager (Civil Site Development)
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000+ (DOE) + Company Vehicle + 401k match + Health Benefits + PTO

In this role, you will be based in their Atlanta office where you will have the exciting opportunity to estimate and manage large scale civil site development projects. Your responsibilities will include inspecting proposed project sites, performing take-offs on all assign projects, and setting up budgets and project schedules.

The Person:
- Experience as an estimator and/or a project manager.
- Experience in the civil site development industry.
- US work Authorization.
