£75,000 - £85,000 + Company Car/Car Allowance + Benefits

This ambitious and reputable company specialise in the design and build of commercial fit out projects across the Cheltenham region. Working with a variety of clients, predominantly from the office/workplace sector up to £1mil in value, this company specialise in offering a premium interior fit out service showing a commitment to excellence. Having seen consistent growth and turnover in the last few years, they are now looking to bring on board an ambitious Head of Operations to support and drive business strategy and success.
In this role, you will be based from the office near Cheltenham, with regular travel to sites across the region. You will act as a key liaison between clients and the sales team, overseeing project costs and budget management, while also providing strategic and operational insights from project inception to handover. You will be a notable figure on site for all parties involved with the project. Additionally you will contribute to the overall business strategy, offering innovative ideas and plans to drive divisional and company growth in which you will have autonomy and full creative input. You will report directly to the Directors and serve as a line manager to the Project Manager. The role offers flexibility, including options for hybrid working.
Therefore this role would suit a highly motivated construction professional from a commercial fit out background with strong cost management, operational and strategic acumen. Strong communication and people management skills will be required for this position as well as a full UK licence.
