Junior Estimator
Baltimore
$85,000 - 100,000 + Progression to Estimator + Benefits Package + 401K + Technical Training
This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Estimator looking to join a market leading company. This company promote long term career progression into Estimator & Senior Estimator.

They will need to push people through the ranks in order to accommodate this growth, providing the right person with excellent opportunities to achieve promotions & progress with the business.
This role will require you to assist with completing quantity take offs, gather & compare subcontractor quotes, create & maintain cost databases, analysing & applying blueprint specifications & attending site visits. You will be working closely with more senior Estimators & regularly liaising with the project team.
The ideal candidate will be a hungry & ambitious Junior Or Assistant Estimator looking for a company that is offering excellent technical progression & an ambitious, yet supportive culture. They have exciting plans for the future, giving the right person opportunities to develop technically.
Role:
- Quantity take off's for materials & labor, whilst using estimating software
- Reporting & documentation for detailed cost reports
- Site Visits to gather info & understand logistics & constraints
- Progression into Estimator
The Person:
- Experienced working with a General Contractor or Commercial contractor
- Experienced with new construction & renovations
- Local to Baltimore
- Excellent communication, organisation & software skills
