Learning & Development Manager

Do you come from a L&D background and are looking for an autonomous role where you will be the go-to specialist for developing all training & competency strategy onsite?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity where you will be given the freedom to put your own stamp on this department and the wider operations of the site, with ongoing technical training.
Alongside this the company will support you towards gaining professional developpment qualifications and chartership, as well as progress into senior positions.

This position would suit somebody from a learning & development background with experience of developing frameworks, looking for a fresh challenge.
The Role:
- Developing training strategy for Managers across site
- Ongoing training & development
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours
The Candidate:
- Previous experience developing training & competency strategy
- Eligible for SC Clearance
