Hybrid - New York OR San Francisco - United States

Are you an Machine Learning Engineer with a background in optimizing machine learning models for NVIDIA GPU hardware, and looking to work in a fast growing start-up with a chance to obtain progression into management?

This is an incredible opportunity to join a start-up with 8 figure funding, where you will be able to work alongside passionate engineers and leading researchers to create groundbreaking and truly innovative technology.

My client is a seed stage company that is developing an AI-powered platform, that enables users to create dynamic character videos by transforming text, images, or voice inputs into animated content. Through its cutting-edge AI models, it enables the creation of lifelike and customizable human characters.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will optimize the performance of 3DVAE and video diffusion models on GPUs using CUDA, optimizing efficiency for training and inference. You will design and apply strategies for efficient model adaptation, including data augmentation and transfer learning, to enhance performance. Lastly, you'll have the responsibility of designing and implementing optimized algorithms and data structures for GPU computation, tackling performance bottlenecks in video generation tasks.

This is great chance to join a well-funded start-up with strong momentum, in a role that allows you to work with top researchers and engineers, whilst developing a product with huge potential and benefiting from fast-tracked career progression.

The Role:
* Start-up with 8 figure seed funding and strong revenues
* Optimize the performance of 3DVAE and video diffusion models on GPUs using CUDA, optimizing efficiency for training and inference.
* Design and implement optimized algorithms and data structures for GPU computation
* Assess and compare the performance of various fine-tuned models using metrics tailored to video generation.
* Strong progression opportunities

The Person:
* Strong programming skills in C++ and CUDA
* Experience with Python, PyTorch OR TensorFlow
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
