Maintenance Manager - Day Shift

Are you a Maintenance Manager from a Manufacturing background looking to take the lead of the maintenance department? Are you looking for great progression opportunities to Operations Manager and General Manager?
On offer is an exciting leadership role where you can train and grow the team and take full ownership of the department. You will be playing a huge role in the ongoing success of this business by moulding a key department as well as making a hands-on contribution to the maintenance efforts.

You will be responsible for assigning tasks, managing the maintenance staff and assisting in preventative maintenance as well as repairs. Additionally, you will oversee ordering parts, purchase orders and work orders.
This role would suit an ambitious Maintenance Manager from a manufacturing background looking to orchestrate the facility's maintenance efforts, with a hands-on aspect, whilst developing yourself and progressing to senior management positions.
The Role:
- Managing the Maintenance department.
- Ordering parts and creating purchase orders.
- Day Shift (7am - 4:30pm) with potential for weekend and out-of-hours callouts.
- Progression to Operations Manager and facility General Manager.
The Candidate:
- Maintenance Management experience in a Manufacturing setting.
- Electrically biased, hands-on maintenance experience.
- Familiarity with OSHA and safety standards.
- PLC programming/troubleshooting a big plus but not essential.
