$65,000 - $78,000 + Company Bonus (15%) + Relocation Package + Progression + Training + Medical + 401k + PTO + Benefits
Cordele, GA (Commutable from: Americus, Albany, Unadilla, Tifton, and Abeville)

On offer is a varied role, where you will play a key part in the maintenance team, liaising with the department to ensure efficiency, with routes to step into more senior roles in future.
This long-standing company are known for taking care of and continually developing their staff, allowing plenty of opportunities to progress. They have multiple sites worldwide, and due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for a Maintenance Planner to join their team at their Georgia site.
This role would suit someone with maintenance planning experience in a heavy manufacturing environment, looking to build their career within a growing and stable business.
The Role:
- Planning, scheduling and coordinating daily maintenance resources, materials and equipment to eliminate potential delays and improve productivity
- Working closely with Maintenance and Area Managers and maintenance teams
- Involved with maintenance projects and continuous improvement
- Rotating shift - working days and nights
The Person:
- Maintenance background
- Previous maintenance planning / scheduling experience
- Experience within a heavy manufacturing / industrial setting (including: plant, steel, automotive, wood, oil & gas)
