Maintenance Supervisor (Day Shift)
$40/hr - $42/hr + Plenty of Overtime + Specialist Training + Great Company Culture + Excellent Benefits

Are you a Maintenance Supervisor from a manufacturing or production background, looking to step into a leadership position where you will mold your own department of highly motivated technicians?
This is a key role for this global leading organization, who are looking for someone to put their own stamp on the maintenance department ensuring goals and objectives are met in a timely manner.

In this position you will be responsible for the leadership of the maintenance team while remaining hands-on. You will be training and developing staff, while applying your technical skills firsthand on both electrical and mechanical machinery.
This role would suit a Maintenance Supervisor from any production background, looking to become a technical expert in the industry and grow a team beneath them.
The Role:
- Train and develop a team of highly motivated technicians
- Maintaining bespoke electrical and mechanical machinery
- Reading and understanding technical schematics and blueprints
The Person:
- Prior experience in a technical supervisory position
- Electrical & Mechanical maintenance experience
- Looking to become a technical expert in the industry for a leading organization
