Maintenance Team Lead
Commutable from: Telford, Shifnal, Newport, Stafford, Cannock and Wolverhampton
£45,000 - £55,000 + Days (7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday) + OEM Training + Autonomy + Company Benefits
Do you have leadership experience from a Manufacturing / Industrial background, looking to work for a stable and growing business which will see you take on a lead role, overseeing the maintenance engineering department?
On offer is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the improvement and success of this forward thinking company's modern and clean production facility. The role offers an opportunity to lead a group of 10-20 engineers, as well as a chance to be part of the senior leadership team and put your stamp on the maintenance department.
This family run business has grown year on year and have some exciting plans to come over the coming months / years. They are known for taking care of their staff and investing in their facilities, due to their continued success, they are looking to bring on an additional Shift Leader to support them with this growth.
This is a predominantly off the tools, office based job working alongside the Engineering Manager and separate Team Lead, where you will be the point of contact for 10-20 engineers, specialising in planned maintenance scheduling and organising day to day maintenance operations. The company are looking to also push continuous improvement in order to grow, modernise and make the factory more efficient, the successful candidate will have a key role to play in this process over the coming months/years.
The ideal candidate for this role would be someone experienced in a leadership role from an industrial / manufacturing background. Team Leaders/ Supervisors/ Managers or similar are encouraged to apply.
The Role:
*Maintenance Team Lead
*Office based role, working alongside additional Team Lead and Engineering Manager, specialising in coordinating and organising planned maintenance scheduling across the factory
*Overseeing and developing team of Maintenance Engineers
*Working 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
The Person:
*Maintenance leadership experience, overseeing and managing team of engineers
*Strong communicator, with excellent inter personal skills
*Shropshire / West Midlands based
