$150,000 - $170,000 + 20 days PTO + Excellent Benefits Package

Are you a Maintenance Manager, from a heavy industrial background, looking for a secure, hands on mangement postion where you can showcase your experience and put your stamp on the maintenance department?

On offer is a fast paced management position where you will be responsible for managing the maintenance department and working closely with the design team. You will ensure continuous production operations and improve efficiencies whilst overseeing the day-to-day maintenance activities across the plant.
This plant is recognized for being one of the best in the world for what they do and are looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager to play a key role in the organization.
This role would suit an experience Maintenance Manager, ideally from a heavy engineering or industrial background, looking to take charge of a global firm where you will develop as a Senior Manager.
The Job:
* Responsible for the Maintenance Department of over 40 staff
* Lead electrical, mechanical and mobile supervisors through improvement and maintenance projects
* Ensure the day-to-day maintenance of a range of heavy industrial equipment and machinery
* Developing and implementing new methods and procedures
The Person:
* Experienced Maintenance Manager
* Heavy engineering, industrial or manufacturing background
* Proven experience in Mechanical Engineering
