Excellent position on offer for a Power Plant Supervisor looking to join an industry leading renewable energy company where you will be working on technically challenging projects and will be recognized as the go-to supervisor in the facility.
Are you a 3rd class Power Engineer who is close to obtaining their 2nd power engineers certification? Have you got any supervisory experience? Are you looking to join an industry leader within the energy field?

They have invested millions at multiple sites across North America and they are renowned as dominant this market for several years. After dominating the market for this period, they have exciting expansion plans in place for 2025. As a result of this, they are looking for a Power Plant Supervisor who will manage a team of experts.
In this role you will be overseeing a small team of operating staff where you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the shift, you will be leading company meetings and will be included in production meetings and will be overseeing all safety protocols are met.
This role will therefore suit a shift supervisor who has the 3rd Class Inter-Provincial Power Engineers Certification who is on course to obtaining their 2nd class certification, who is looking to join a global leader where you will manage a team of experts.
The Role:
- Mentor and coach the operations team
- Review, prioritize, and direct daily work activities
- Enforce safety policies and procedures
- 28day rotation shift hours
- 12 hour days
- $110,000 $120,000 + Overtime (OTE $150-$160k) 3 Weeks' Vacation + 13% Bonus + RSP ($6,500) + Full Benefits
