Process Engineer

$80,000 - $90,000 + Bonus + Progression + 3 weeks PTO + Benefits
An excellent opportunity for a Process Engineer to join a leading organization that is at the forefront of their industry and can offer you a technically interesting and diverse position, in a company continually expanding.
This organization are a global company that produces products sold into a variety of industries. As one of the leaders in their sector and are continually growing and investing at their site in Laurinburg. Now due to growth and the need for an additional role, they are looking for a Process Engineer to join the growing team.
In this role you will be responsible for a range of projects across different plant equipment including automation, you will be looking to improve processes and efficiencies. You will be analysing and interpreting data to understand issues and come up with solutions in partnership with the engineering team using LEAN/CI methods.
You will be a Process/Manufacturing Engineer with experience handling data to understand issues. You will have knowledge of LEAN/CI and come from a manufacturing organization.

The Role:
*Interpreting and understanding data to identify issues
*LEAN and Continuous Improvement projects
*Looking to reduce waste and cost while improving efficiency
*Supporting a number of internal teams such as maintenance, manufacturing and automation
The Person:
*Process/ Manufacturing Engineer
*Knowledge of LEAN/CI and Improvement methods
*Ability to understand and interpret data
*Ideally have a degree in Chemical Engineering or similar
