This company are a global designer and manufacturer of FMCG products supplied worldwide. With multiple locations across North America, they are consistently at the forefront of the industry. Now due to growth, they are looing for a Production/Department Manager to join the company.
In this role, you will oversee one of the manufacturing departments. You will lead and develop a production team, set and monitor production targets, drive continuous improvement throughout your department and manage the budgets and targets.
To be successful in this position you will need a degree in manufacturing, engineering or similar, and have been a Production Supervisor or Manager with knowledge of CI/LEAN.
