£40,000 - £45,000 + Mon to Fri + Training + Progression + Autonomy + Excellent Company benefits

Are you from a production or manufacturing background, looking to step up into a management position for a leading specialist manufacturer where you will manage a team and put your own stamp on the department?

In this Monday to Friday, days-based role. You will manage skilled team of 46, ensuring all health & safety, quality, training and development. You will play a crucial role in succession planning to help ensure the growth of the business.
The ideal candidate will therefore have management experience from a manufacturing background, looking to join a market leading business.
The Role:
- Manage a team of 46.
- Ensure Health & Safety, Quality, training and development.
- Reporting to Operations Manager.
The Person:
- Management experience within a production or manufacturing site.
- NEBOSH qualified (desired).
- Commutable to Watlington.
