Chesterfield
£50,000 - £58,000 + Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm + Performance Bonus + Benefits (Company Pension, Free Gym Membership, Life Insurance, Holiday, and Discounts on Company Facilities)

As the Production Manager, you will take a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Operations Manager and Directors. You will oversee all production activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard. You will have the authority to lead, inspire, and shape the future of the production team while also playing a vital part in the company's overall strategy. Full autonomy will be provided to implement efficiencies, working alongside senior leadership to ensure continuous growth and success.

The Role
*Production Manager
*Overseeing that production targets, H&S and new improvements are being met across the site
*Managing teams involved in production, fitting, quality and health & safety
*Leading your own projects and improvement plans
*Monday to Friday, Days based shift pattern
The Person
*Production Manager/ Factory Manager/ Manufacturing Manager or similar experience
*Extensive experience working in manufacturing/ production environment
* Able to oversee Health & Safety, KPIs and Quality Standards
