The Role:

  • Oversee planning and execution of land development projects.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure project accuracy.
  • Manage the creation of site plans and construction documents.
  • Receive ongoing training and development for career growth.


The Person:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and related engineering software.
  • Experience in large-scale residential or land development projects.
