Fiber Business Development Executive

$90'000 - $100'000 + Commission (Uncapped) + 401(k) + Medical + National travel

East Coast, USA (Fully remote)

Opportunity to join a high-growth, boutique fiber design and integration company as their first East Coast salesperson!

This role offers uncapped commission and a chance to make a name for yourself in a lucrative industry.

Our client is a leading fiber design and integration company who provide their solutions to large fiber construction and engineering companies across the United States. With a surge in demand in the USA, this UK company is actively seeking a US based but fully remote sales executive to spearhead new business opportunities across the Each Coast territory!

You will take ownership of an untapped, high-demand territory with immense growth potential. Driving new business (80%) while building long-term accounts and lasting relationships. This role will offer national travel and occasional trips to the UK.

The role;

* Selling fiber design, project management and fiber integration services (not hardware sales)

* Average deal size $100'000 on a 1-3 months sales cycle!

* 80% new business sales as well as nurturing established accounts.

* You will be the first official East Coast sales person within a untapped territory!

* Reporting directly to the UK sales director who will offer support!

* National travel required to meet customers (1-2 days at a time when required).

The person

* Sales background in fiber managed services, Fiber design or fiber project management.

* Looking to take advantage of a new untouched territory (East Coast)

* A hunter mentality but great at nurturing business (Not looking for a quick buck)

* A well-connected person with the Fiber industry.

* Happy to travel nationally to customers sites when required and to the UK very occasionally.
