Project Manager (Construction)
Corpus Christi, TX
$80,000 - $110,000 + Bonus + 401(k) + Insurances + PTO
Excellent opening for a Project Manager looking to join a leading general contractor, hoping to advance their career whilst working on some of the most exciting and diverse construction projects in South Texas.
On offer is the chance to earn a great annual salary and work on multi-million dollar projects, all whilst taking on a role with great responsibility.
This is for a well-established and highly reputable general contractor, seeking to build upon its reputation as the 'go-to' builder in the region. As a trusted partner to project owners, architects, suppliers and subcontractors alike, they have an exciting pipeline of projects and are now looking to add a Project Manager to the team following a round of internal promotions.
In this role you will take on crucial responsibilities whilst overseeing the completion of projects from start to finish. Studying job specs and plans, preparing and negotiating contracts, managing budgets, schedules and leading weekly meetings are fundamental to being successful in this position.
This role would ideally suit a Project Manager with a construction background who is looking to impact Corpus Christi's future infrastructure with the desire to work for a company that will provide all of the support and guidance necessary for a long and successful career with the company.

The Role
- Oversee projects from start to finish.
- Budgeting, scheduling, contracts, change orders and managing labor.
- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders; owners, architects, suppliers and subcontractors.
- $70,000 - $110,000 + Bonus + Insurances + 401(k) + PTO
