Salary: $80,000 - $160,000+ (DOE) + 21 days PTO + Bonuses + Travel Allowance+ 401k + Medical Benefits

In this role, you will be based in the office in Boca Raton where you will have the exciting opportunity to work on a variety of development projects, both commercial and residential.
You will be a key member in the team, leading assigned projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing assigned projects, carrying out estimations, and reviewing plans, RFIs and submittals.

The Person:
- Previous experience as a Project Manager.
- Come from a development or general contracting background.
- US Work Authorization.
