The role:
- Manage customer proposals by working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Develop proposal timelines and maintain clear communication with customers throughout each project.
- Enjoy flexible working hours, Monday to Friday, in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
The person:
- Background in Technical Engineering or Manufacturing proposals (Aerospace / DoD /Government contracts background).
- Eager to step into a key role and help shape the company's future development.
- Ready to take on greater responsibility, including workforce planning and hiring.
- Security Clearance required
