With prestigious construction projects in the pipeline, they are now looking to take on an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to liaise between local residents & their construction teams on a fixed term contract basis.
In this role you will liaise between, and work closely with local residents and project construction teams on a day-to-day basis regarding project works. Duties will include supporting the project teams, encouraging & maintaining positive community relationships, project and progress updates, resident support, guidance & advice as required.

The Role:
* Liaising between residents & construction teams during project works
*Support Project & Marketing managers with general duties & administrative tasks
* Giving project progress updates, offering resident support, guidance & advice as required
*Field based role
The Person:
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain processes and procedures in a understandable way
*Able to communicate effectively with Residents & Construction teams to ensure a positive experience for all
* Resident Liaison Officer role experience working directly with the public
