Senior Estimator
Baltimore
$110,000 - 125,000 + Progression to leadership + Benefits Package + 401K + Technical Leadership Training

They will need to push people through the ranks in order to accommodate this growth, providing the right person with excellent opportunities to achieve promotions & progress with the business.
This role will require you to lead & complete quantity take offs, gather & compare subcontractor quotes, create & maintain cost databases, analysing & applying blueprint specifications & attending site visits. You will be working closely with Pre Construction leaders & regularly liaising with the project team. This role will require you to be the primary point of contact for all cost related activities for your project.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Estimator looking for a company that is offering excellent technical progression & an ambitious, yet supportive culture. They have exciting plans for the future, giving the right person opportunities to develop technically.
Role:
- Lead Quantity take off's for materials & labor, whilst using estimating software for your project
- Primary point of contact for all cost related enquiries for your project
- Site Visits to gather info & understand logistics & constraints
- Progression into leadership positions
The Person:
- Experienced working with a Commercial General Contractor or an Interior Contractor
- Experienced with new construction & renovations
- Local to Baltimore
- Excellent communication, organisation & software skills
