$130,000 - $170,000 + Bonus + 401(k) + Full Insurances + Fantastic Career Progression Available
Excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a leading general contractor, providing the opportunity to work on a range of high-quality and exciting commercial and institutional construction projects whilst positioning yourself as a future leader of the company.

This is for a unique General Contractor, rapidly growing in the state of Connecticut. As a trusted partner of many public and private companies with an exciting pipeline of projects, they are now looking for another Project Manager to contribute to the strategic growth of the company.
In this role you will have a fantastic opportunity for progression into an Executive/Directorship role within the company. The Project Management team and it's high quality operation are fundamental to steering the company through the pipeline of large projects and their next stages of development.
This role would ideally suit a Project Manager who has experience working on commercial projects; both ground up, new builds and interior/exterior renovations.

The Role
- Produce and maintain budgets, schedules, change orders, submittals, buy outs, resource management and close outs. Read and understand job plans and specifications.
- Overseeing all staff, conduct job site walks and hold meetings.
- Ensure clear lines of communication with all project stakeholders.
- $130,000 - $170,000 + Bonus + 401(k) + Full Insurances + PTO
The Person
- Commercial/Retail/Institutional/Municipal construction experience
- Project Management experience
- Experience with Construction Management and/or Design Build
- Looking for a long term position to impact the future trajectory of the company
